MY VOXBOX FOR DECEMBER!!!

I have to say I received my voxbox the other day and I am soooo excited to share this! I was shocked first of all to be chosen.   So I am going to give you a rundown of what I received and what my thoughts are on the products.

                                 
   1. Ghirardelli Sea Salt Escape....honestly this is so delicious and ever so dangerously addictive. The bar is not thick and chunky , its on the slimmer side and thank God for that! Perfect combo of sweet with a hint of salty. There is texture to this bar due in fact to the almonds. I was awful and only gave my husband one section...lol.  This is the BEST chocolate I personally have ever tasted! I cant rave enough about this. My one complaint is I will have to dodge the aisle with this bar in it or I will become a Ghirardelli junkie...:)
                        2. Forever Red Eau de Parfume...this smells heavenly, I mean pomegranate and red osmanthus with vanilla rum? Yum! I have been wearing this the last couple of days...my husband is my scent go to guy...he has a great nose for what smells good on me. He really liked it. Unfortunately I do have one complaint about this scent. Let me preface it by saying this is by far the best scent I have smelled from BBW, but.....it does not linger on the skin for more than an hour maybe two. I would really like to see more staying power in this scent as it is beautiful.
                       3.Frixion by Pilot Pens...I received two of these pens one in red the other in black. You cant see it in the picture but they are really quite nicely packaged cute scrolling type design. These pens come with a cap and a clip.  These are gel ink pens and they are not lying when they say the write incredibly smooth. There is also a hard rubber eraser at the end to wisk away mistakes. What else can I say? Great pens to keep in your purse. Stylish design.
                      4,Gillette Venus Razor....This one is a no brainer as I have used these before...any of the Venus refills fit the handle. They sent me an extra head that is the Venus and Olay combo..love it. I love how this shaver follows the contours when you are shaving. Five blades produce a really great smooth shave. I really really like the Venus and Olay combo..my legs felt silky . I am so glad to have received this as I had gotten lazy and started just using my husbands razor. Nice to get back to Venus...and feeling more feminine...:)

Dollar Tree finds! NYX & E.L.F.

      Hello fellow make-up lovers!! Sooo yesterday I went to the Green Bay Packers football game with my fiance! We got to sit in the Miller End-zone (it was an awesome time!) We won the ticket's due to winning 1st place in a costume party, thanks to my amazing homemade latex pieces and make up skills lol! Anyways, after the game the traffic was crazy and we had a hour long drive back home, so we decided to pull over at a taco bell next to a strip mall. After we ate I  noticed a Dollar Tree and decided to go kill time. Sooo i wandered around for awhile and ended u in the makeup section, well i was surprised to find L'Oreal and Maybeline products their. I also found some ELF Studio glossy gloss. I bought 2 shades of the ELF glossy gloss because the were in my colors (muted mauve and berry blush). On ELF's site (eyeslipsface.com) glossy gloss is $3 and at Dollar Tree it's obviously $1 so i ended up getting a pretty good deal. I suggest everyone checking out their local Dollar Tree for great make up deals! surprised 

       I am really into NYX cosmetic's and E.L.F. cosmetics right now.  The site i use to buy NYX is (cherryculture.com) thought processing and shipping take FOREVER i learned I think I waited 17 business days?!?! They have great deals on NYX though, so if you order from them for a gift, i would order 2-3wks ahead of time. I bought all my E.L.F. cosmetics from their (eyeslipsface.com) site. E.L.F. is a really cheap nice quality make-up brand. This past month they have had GREAT sales! i ordered a bunch of products for Christmas presents and it took 7 days for processing and 3 for shipping so it was here in 10 business days, which i think is pretty fair for buying during a promotion and what not. I also am waiting on a 2nd order i placed for my self, i got 24 different item's coming. I haven't tried most of the products i purchased from E.L.F. this time. I placed my order during the 50% off site wide sale! I only paid $24.45 with the $6.95 shipping already included!! (for 24 full sized products!!)  Check those site's out if you are interested! :)

As soon as my E.L.F. order arrive i will be posting pictures of the item's I purchased and swatches/reviews!!

Hi All! So you have all had a chance to meet my oldest daughter Amanda. We are very new to blogging so hang in there it will get better! I thought I would pop on and introduce myself. My name is Tracy. I am 47, and the mother of three beautiful daughters. My oldest is Amanda whom you already met, she is 24. Next is my middle child Shannon..she is 21. Then there is my baby Neena..she is 19. As you can imagine 4 females = lots of makeup...lol. I have loved makeup for as long as I can remember. I was a senior associate in a beauty department for a couple of years. As a child of the 80's I think my style of makeup is different from my kids. However I do believe in evolving and learning new things. I have a heavy interest in skincare....natural skincare mostly but I do try other stuff. My skin is very sensitive so I have to be careful. From time to time you will be seeing my other daughters featuring some makeup looks. Amanda and I will be posting at will...(she lives 3 hours from me) so we will make sure to sign our names at the end of each post so you know who is writing. Well that is about it. I hope this blog proves to be both fun and informative.

  (Amanda) A little about me, I am a 24yr old mother of a 3yr old little boy and fiance to a wonderful man. (Who accepts my makeup addiction and financially supports it! lol) I am a stay at home mom, I consider myself to be pretty handy when it comes to makeup (not a professional ) and i have been wearing makeup for 11yrs now. I have a little more edgy taste then Tracy (my mother), so i tend towards a more dramatic eye makeup and what not. I love trying new makeup and bath/body products.
